I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Started out in a small Italian restaurant in Port Moody B.C. and have since worked in many great hotels, Golf Clubs and private clubs. I am a S.A.I.T graduate from 1999 and had my red seal papers since 2001. Had many successes in regional, national and international competitions, both culinary and ice carving. I have also been a regional judge for skills Alberta (Calgary). Currently at All Saint’s High School where I also get to enjoy the teaching of students. Did my apprenticeship at the Glencoe club in Calgary and also worked for Fairmont hotels and resorts at both the Chateau Lake Louise and Palliser hotels. Part of the idea for the switch in career was family orientated, now I know it was just life’s vocation presenting itself.
